Gift Card Description, Terms & Conditions

Customer(s) can purchase various amounts of Dorjibari Digital Gift Cards from our official website (www.dorjibari.com) through pre-payment using available payment gateways and methods. These s can be redeemed to purchase products from Dorjibari-owned outlets and the official website across Bangladesh under the following terms and conditions:
🔒 Activation & Availability
- The card activation code will be sent to the customer's designated mobile number within 48 working hours of full payment confirmation.
- Each digital gift card will remain valid for 90 days from the date of activation.
🛍️ Redemption Rules
- Each card must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
- Customers may purchase multiple items using one digital gift card, as long as it is within one invoice/transaction.
- Multiple cards cannot be combined in a single invoice/transaction. One card per transaction only.
- Dorjibari digital gift cards can be redeemed at:
Dorjibari-owned physical outlets across Bangladesh.
5. Gift cards are not valid at third-party or franchise stores, if applicable.

💳 Payment & Purchase Restrictions

Digital gift cards must be purchased via pre-payment only (Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit Card).
❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for card purchases. -
Gift cards can be redeemed only for regular-priced items.
❌ Discounted, promotional, or special offer products are not eligible. - If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer must pay the remaining balance via cash, card, or mobile payment.
- If the purchase amount is lower than the card value, the remaining balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
📲 Customer Information & Verification
- Customers must provide valid billing and shipping contact details, including mobile number, during card redemption.
- A transactional SMS will be sent and must be presented at the store during redemption.
- Dorjibari reserves the right to verify customer identity during card redemption.
❗ General Terms
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Lost, stolen, or expired cards cannot be reissued or credited.
- Digital gift cards are valid for one-time use only.
- Products purchased using a gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Customers must make a purchase of equal or higher value to redeem the card in physical stores.
