  • Dorjibari reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payment through Bkash, Nagad, Debit or Credit Card of any Bank.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Delivery times are estimated to be 2-3 days inside Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation SMS with the details of your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  1. Returns and Exchanges
  • If there is any issue with your order, you can exchange the item at any of our 47 outlets across the country within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition with tags intact.
  • No exchanges are available for items purchased at a discount or during special offers.
  • Monetary refunds are not available.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dorjibari and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our express written permission.
