Dorjibari is always committed to meet your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with something you purchased from us, you may return it within 10 days of the invoice date and we will be happy to exchange or refund that item without any handling costs. The exchange/refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be returned in their original packaging in an unused state till bearing tags attached along with the receipt. We do not bear any responsibility to accept goods that have been used. Items returned over 10 working days may only be accepted at our discretion.
- Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in the stores which has the same value or higher value (in which case or credit cards may be used for the difference). No cash refund.
- If we see that the return is due to some manufacturing defect, dorjibari will give full refund for the product by issuing a credit note with validity for one year. The credit note may be used to purchase products of the same value or higher, in which case the customer must pay in cash or by credit card for the difference.
- products must be exchanged in the same branch it has been purchased from.
